These Terms and Conditions govern every aspect of your use of n 999 — from creating your account and making your first deposit to claiming bonuses and withdrawing your winnings. You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information when registering your n 999 account. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your mobile number and your email address. You must keep this information up to date. n 999 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification if the information on file cannot be confirmed.
n 999 is designed and operated for players located in Pakistan. By registering, you confirm that you are currently located in Pakistan and that no law applicable to you prohibits participation in online betting. It is your personal responsibility to ensure that your use of n 999 complies with any local, provincial or national laws applicable to your situation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your n 999 username, password and any security credentials associated with your account. n 999 will never ask you for your password via email, chat or phone. If you receive any communication requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
You must log out of your n 999 account after each session, particularly on shared devices. Any activity that takes place using your login credentials is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. n 999 allows all players to set voluntary daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a minimum of 48 hours. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately. We strongly encourage all players to set deposit limits that reflect their entertainment budget.
n 999 processes withdrawals only to verified accounts. Verification requires you to submit a copy of your CNIC and evidence of ownership of the payment method to which you are withdrawing. First-time verification is typically completed within 2 hours of document submission. Subsequent withdrawals from a fully verified account do not require repeated document submission unless our risk team flags an account for re-verification.
Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Verified account withdrawals are processed as follows:
The minimum withdrawal on n 999 is Rs 500. Standard accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of Rs 5,00,000. VIP accounts carry higher limits as described in Section 9. Only real-money balance is withdrawable. Bonus funds are not withdrawable — they must be converted to real money by meeting the applicable wagering requirement. Winnings generated from bonus funds become real money only after the full wagering requirement has been cleared. Attempting to withdraw while an active bonus carries an uncleared wagering requirement may result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
All bonuses offered by n 999 — including the Welcome Bonus, Friday Reload Bonus, Weekly Cashback, Free Spins and any other promotional offers — are subject to both these general Terms and Conditions and the specific terms published on the n 999 Promotions page at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between the Promotions page terms and these Terms and Conditions, the Promotions page terms for that specific offer take precedence.
The n 999 Welcome Bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. The bonus matches 100% of your first deposit up to a maximum of Rs 50,000 and includes 100 Free Spins on selected jackpot slot titles. The wagering requirement for the Welcome Bonus is 10x the bonus amount. Minimum qualifying deposit is Rs 1,000. The Welcome Bonus must be used within 30 days of being credited, after which it expires along with any associated winnings.
A wagering requirement of 10x means that if you receive a Rs 10,000 bonus, you must place Rs 1,00,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus funds and any winnings generated from them become withdrawable. The following contribution rates apply across n 999 betting products:
n 999 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim bonuses where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, placing opposing bets across accounts or platforms to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements (known as matched betting or bonus hunting), using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions and claiming bonuses in a manner not consistent with the spirit of the offer.
Free spins credited as part of any n 999 promotion are valid only on the specific slot title or titles stated in the promotion. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to a 5x wagering requirement unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Free spins expire 48 hours after being credited unless a different validity period is stated.
All bets on n 999 are subject to acceptance by our trading team. n 999 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at any time without providing a reason. Maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the point of placement. Bets placed above the maximum stake will be reduced to the maximum permitted amount automatically.
Odds on n 999 are subject to change up to the moment of bet acceptance. Where odds change between a bet being submitted and being accepted, the system will notify you of the revised odds. You may accept the revised odds or cancel the bet. Accepted bets at agreed odds are binding regardless of subsequent market movement.
Bets may be voided in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond 24 hours; a match is abandoned before the minimum required play has been completed as defined in the sport-specific rules; a clear pricing error has occurred; evidence of match fixing or corruption is identified in the relevant fixture. Voided bets are returned to the player's balance in full.
Live in-play betting markets are available on selected events on n 999. Bets placed on live markets are processed in real time and are subject to a short delay for risk management purposes. n 999 is not responsible for any delay or interruption to live betting caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side. Bets that are accepted and confirmed are binding.
For PSL markets on n 999, a match must reach a minimum of 5 overs per innings for bets to stand, unless a result has been determined before that point. Rain interruptions resulting in Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method application are treated as official results. Specific PSL market rules are published in the sports betting rules section of your n 999 account.
All casino and slot games on n 999 are provided by certified third-party game suppliers. Outcomes are generated by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The RTP percentage for each slot game is listed on the game information page. n 999 does not manipulate or influence game outcomes in any way. Malfunctions in a game — whether a software error or a communication failure — void any game round affected. Stakes placed in a voided round are returned to the player's balance.
Progressive jackpot prizes displayed within games represent the current jackpot value maintained by the game provider. n 999 is not responsible for discrepancies between displayed and actual jackpot values caused by provider-side data delays. In the event of a jackpot win, n 999 will confirm the prize amount directly with the provider before crediting the win to the player's account. Large jackpot wins may be subject to verification before payment.
The n 999 VIP Club is a loyalty programme open to all registered players. Membership is free and automatic — every player starts at Bronze tier upon registration. Points are earned on qualifying bets: 1 point per Rs 100 wagered on sports, 1 point per Rs 50 wagered on slots and casino games. Bets placed with bonus funds do not earn VIP points. Void and cashed-out bets do not earn VIP points.
Tier upgrades are calculated on a rolling 12-month basis. Tiers and their associated benefits are described in full on the VIP Club page. n 999 reserves the right to amend the VIP Club structure, tier thresholds and associated benefits at any time. Changes to the VIP Club programme will be communicated to members with a minimum of 14 days notice. The following activities are strictly prohibited on n 999 and will result in account suspension, funds forfeiture and in some cases legal action:
n 999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that the account is being used in violation of these Terms and Conditions, if fraudulent activity is detected, if the account poses a financial risk to n 999 or if continued operation of the account would breach any applicable law or regulation.
If your account is suspended for investigation, n 999 will conduct a review within 5 working days and communicate the outcome to you via email. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, your account will be reinstated and any withheld withdrawals processed. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and funds may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the violation.
Players may close their own n 999 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closure is processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be paid out to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe.
n 999 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure continuous and uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Unscheduled outages caused by technical failures, third-party provider issues or other events outside our control are not the responsibility of n 999.
n 999 is not liable for losses arising from: the unavailability of the platform; errors in displayed odds that are corrected before bet acceptance; loss of profits, loss of opportunity or any indirect or consequential loss of any kind. Our maximum liability to any player in connection with any single incident is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.
